TS2 to TS4 - Game Store

Hi yol. Items can be found in decorations and can be placed where do you want (as decorations ofc, items are not interactive!). If you mean where to place packages, they must be extracted from archive and put in C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.
